The Ginza Onodera restaurant brand, with the concept of "From Ginza to the World," aims to introduce traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi ・ tempura ・ teppan-yaki ・ wood-fired grill ・ and noodles to the world. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has expanded to 25 restaurants in 3 countries, some of which have received stars from the Michelin Guide. Sushi restaurants are particularly popular, and with "Sushi Ginza Onodera Sohonten" as our flagship high-end restaurant, we have developed a wide range of restaurants both in Japan and overseas that offer authentic sushi to a wider range of customers, including an introductory counter sushi restaurant, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, a sushi restaurant specializing in human resource development, and a seafood bowl restaurant. In recent years, we have taken on new challenges, including the development of a ramen restaurant, which can be said to be Japan's national dish.

The U.S. subsidiary of the “Nihon Shokken Group”—Japan’s No. 1 sauce manufacturer with over 50 years of history—is hiring part-time administrative staff.

Working hours are one of the following:
・ 8:30 a.m. ～ 1:00 p.m.
・ 1:00 p.m. ～ 5: 30
（ 4 hours and 30 minutes per day ・ 5 days a week ）

You can balance this job with taking your children to and from school and your family commitments, you can work steadily during fixed hours every day.
