Since its establishment in 2013, the company has expanded to 25 restaurants in 3 countries, some of which have received stars from the Michelin Guide. Sushi restaurants are particularly popular, and with "Sushi Ginza Onodera Sohonten" as our flagship high-end restaurant, we have developed a wide range of restaurants both in Japan and overseas that offer authentic sushi to a wider range of customers, including an introductory counter sushi restaurant, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, a sushi restaurant specializing in human resource development, and a seafood bowl restaurant.
